Key capabilities

01

Automated archiving

Create a policy once and let data be archived automatically on a recurring schedule.

02

Audit & job tracking

Monitor archive activity in real time with detailed status updates, logs, and execution history.

03

Data integrity

Preserve parent-child relationships and related records while automatically adapting to new Salesforce fields and schema changes to maintain complete data integrity.

04

Salesforce storage optimization

Move inactive data out of Salesforce to free up storage while keeping it accessible when needed.

05

Bulk and API-aware performance

Automatically use the right Salesforce API (Bulk, REST, Tooling) for each workload. Handle large volumes efficiently through batching and incremental strategies.

06

Secure by design

Honor Salesforce permissions and profiles, store credentials securely, and maintain audit visibility by using SQL Server governance.

How it works

  1. Install vivly Connector on your own server

Install it, add your license key, and connect it with your Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

  2. Connect Salesforce once

A normal OAuth login. No passwords get copied around, and the relay only carries the handshake.

  3. Create Policies

On a schedule or on demand. It pulls Cases in bulk along with every one of their child records.

  4. Reclaim Salesforce storage

Data records stream straight into your database, and we provide an option to soft-delete from Salesforce and free up space in your Salesforce org.

  5. Still viewable in Salesforce

Archived records show up natively on Account and Case pages.
