Once a contract is signed and work has begun, cancellations are not permitted unless mutually agreed upon. Refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed.
For SaaS products, subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles. If you encounter issues, please contact us at vg@vivly.in.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or process your payment details.
