Security & Trust
Understand how your data is accessed and used.
Enterprise work needs clear boundaries. Know which identity can access the data, where information travels and who approves a change before expanding a deployment.
Begin with the data flow.
Archive stores captured records in the selected customer-controlled destination. Enterprise Intelligence introduces connected queries, saved evidence and model processing. Review those flows separately, including configured providers, logs and retention.
Identity and access
Define workspace or environment membership and the sources available to each user.
Action controls
Separate read access from enabled writes and review the proposed changes.
Operational evidence
Keep job history, investigation evidence and action results available to the responsible team.
Customer-controlled storage, with explicit connections.
Hosting archive data in your database does not mean the installation has no external communication. Salesforce access, licensing, configured notifications and updates have their own routes. Document the network design with your infrastructure owner.
Review security against your actual deployment.
Confirm authentication, secrets, transport, database settings, backups and installer integrity. For agents, include model providers and the information sent to them. Request the security materials for the product and build you intend to evaluate.
Questions, answered.
Does this page claim SOC 2 or ISO certification?
No. Request the current security materials and certification status directly. Controls described here should be checked against your selected deployment.
Does data ever leave the customer environment?
That depends on the product and configuration. Salesforce, model providers, licensing and other configured services can involve external communication. We review the specific data flow with your team.
Are permissions identical across all products?
No. Archive readers, Backup administrators and Graph workspaces have different access models. The security review covers each product you deploy.
