Data Connectivity & Pipelines
Bring fragmented business data together.
Connect the records your business already creates. Bring data and its structure into a shared foundation that agents can understand, whether the work starts in your existing systems or a unified data lake.
Choose the right path for the data.
Some questions can be answered by reading connected systems directly. Other work benefits from a shared data lake with history from several sources. The architecture should follow the work, the source APIs and your operating requirements.
Connected applications
Read the CRM and operational records needed for the task.
Structured databases
Discover selected tables, fields and relationships with controlled access.
A unified data lake
Design a shared home for the agreed datasets, schemas and history.
Keep the structure with the records.
A table name, identifier and relationship explain how information fits together. Carry that structure into the design so a customer, transaction or case keeps its meaning when information moves between systems.
Build toward dependable data pipelines.
Define the initial load, updates, failures and reconciliation together. Use APIs, webhooks or scheduled reads where the source supports them. Set a refresh target your team can measure instead of assuming every connection behaves in real time.
Questions, answered.
Do we have to move everything into Snowflake?
No. Vivly can work with selected connected sources. Snowflake is one possible shared data layer; the ingestion architecture is a separate choice.
Which systems can we start with?
The current connector foundation includes Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL. Read/write scope and deployment validation differ by connector.
Planning an evaluation
Agree the scope before you start.
Connected reads are part of the current foundation. Continuous ingestion, change capture and custom transformation pipelines belong to the wider vision and need source-specific implementation and acceptance.
